They make kits for that sold at Home Depot. Step by step instructions are in the kit. Its a temporary fix but it will buy you time to save up for replacement. Be mist careful with sink , it's the most delicate. Will peel if scratched.
Hi Julie!

Hi Julie, here's a good tutorial on painting your bathroom vanity.
I used one of the kits Kellie mentioned to redo the manufactured faux marble countertop in our gest bathroom several years ago. Using a sea sponge with a dabbing/sponging technique I was able to create a wonderful granite look. It requires a little maintenance. I give it a very lite sanding once a year and apply a fresh poly acrylic sealer. At that time if necessary I can touch up paint as well. The
Voice of experiance : no cutting corners regardless of your experiance, allow each step to thoroughly dry, the bowl of the sink will benefit from a heavier application than the counter top, and take extra care with taping off fixtures. I didn't do a good job and the drain is gritty looking.
The kits come in a wide variety of colors/looks and sufficient supplies to cover a large surface area. I have enough left over from the original application for touch-ups fir years to come.
I just painted mine, you can see it here: https://thehoneycombhome.com/transform-your-bathroom-with-sink-paint/
