It’s not unlike installing other tile except that the blade on the tile saw must be very new and rental saws are notorious for ruined worn out blades.
Non sanded grout and tiny grout joints are essential, IMO.
If the granite tile is gauged, then no joints at all! Yay.
Lay out your tiles on paper so that your yield and cuts are efficient.
Home depot and lowes give classes on how to tile. Check your local ones for class dates and times.
