Not sure exactly what you want....can you elaborate a little more please?
Double the space by adding a second rod. Add a shoe storage space. Baskets on the top shelf to add neater storage overhead.
Your local home improvement store should have some premade kits with shelves, rods, and other storage set ups. Otherwise take everything out and take note of what you’re storing, pick shelves, baskets, or other methods that store everything best.
If you buy a kit, buy the sturdiest most adjustable one you can afford. Rubbermaid makes some excellent ones.
My husband redid 2 closets for me, in a different home, this home needs one redone now that a pole broke. 😬. I don’t have photos handy, but one of the closets I wanted very large and deep shelves for blankets, and baskets to hold purses and such... also the original narrow shelf up high was too narrow ( they all are) so he beefed up that. Similar design as the first Pintrest photo ( without the shelves) my closet was wider. I don’t remember what the boards we used for the shelves was called but it’s white on both sides, and very sturdy, and smooth. Anyways....decide what you need for storage and draw up a plan, do you want cubbies? Wider shelves, deeper, division for Maxi dresses, blouses,... the 2 photos show how to put the supports for the shelves. If the shelves are pretty wide or long add extra support in the center, ( you can just put a post under shelf to the floor just make sure it’s real snug so it doesn’t move easily.)
