With the info of what's in them you can base on what you'd like to do with them. A few people have put the contents in with potted plants and it provides a little nutrition to the plants, but I would not rely on it as a source of a fertilizer.
Seems there are not many other uses for them other than the purpose of preserving the flowers in a vase. Best to you.
