How do I make more room in my cupboards?

i have so little space here for putting things in my cupboards i clear it all out and put it back in and it seems like it only lasts a day and no room again such a small space to work with and so much to put in there im 67 and have bad legs and back and get tired of trying to make everything fit without having to take half of it back out to find what i am looking for when i go to make a meal thank you for your time and Happy Blessed Easter to you all

Hi ! I have tiny cabinets , too ! I bought a wire rack that gives you a second shelf . Also I put in a wall pantry , or should say I have started it , I need to add 3 more shelves . This is easy to do , even if you only have a a 2-3 foot area . you Just need 2 brackets and a piece of wood for each shelf. Be sure to screw the brackets into the studs on your wall !!! Use a level to make sure the shelves are level . Now there is a place for dinnerware , or dry goods , spices , it will help free up cabinet space .
