Don’t mow too low and water it. Unless you’ve got a lawn disease or grubs that’s about it. OR a dog peeing. Maybe throw some mode seed and fertilizer too.
Remember not to mow too low though
An easy fix is to mix 2 TBL spoons Epsom salts in a gallon of water and spread this on the lawn. It helps it to green up working with the production of chlorophyll. Water often, at least once a week and more in hot summer days. We water early in the morning before the sun gets hot or in the cool of the evening. Also , it is best to set the lawn mower at the higher settings to keep from cutting it too low. All these should help.
