This might sound weird , but I use a carpet cleaner called Folex... I found that it works great on ink , wine , coffee ...it even claims it gets out dried paint !!! I started using it in a spray bottle in my laundry room , you are supposed to test to see if it is color safe first , but if something is already stained , I've got nothing to lose ...
I use Folex also, and also on my fabric furniture as well as clothes.
Goof Off is fantastic at removing paint from everything, including clothes. Crud Kutter also now makes one that works just as well.
Rubbing alcohol. Test it first. I use it to remove paint from carpet too. Pour some off and rub it with a clean rag until the stain is gone. It may take several times.
