How can I cover these light bulbs?
This is the fixture in our bedroom. The last renter broke the globe or whatever covered the bulbs. I'd like to cover the bulbs with a globe or something. As you can see the pull chain is in the center of the fixture. Any suggestions?

How about something like this project? You could find a basket that goes with your decor.

Vintage Egg Basket Turned Into A Light
That kind of light fixture had a square or round glass shade with a hole in the middle that was screwed where the chain comes out.

Dress Up Your Ceiling Light Fixtures
Yes they do. Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards in the lighting department. Measure from the ceiling to the threaded tube so you don't get one that's to deep. And from tip of bulb to bulb so you get one wide enough to cover the bulbs. Most of them are almost flat but a slightly domed one would look better.
You can use eye hooks to hang a shade from the ceiling around it! Like in this project - https://www.charlestoncrafted.com/faux-capiz-shell-chandelier/
If you like the look of the egg basket get a wire garbage can from Dollar tree. They are easy to cut and cheap. Use the bottom of it to make it look like a cage light
Ask your landlord to replace the broken fixture.
