We use this to kill the weeds in our sidewalk cracks and driveway and along the edges of our grass to stop the grass from growing beyond barriers like fences etc. This will kill any plant so not for use in the middle of a lawn for example. Recipe: 1 gallon vinegar, 2 cups Epsom salts, 1/3 cup Dawn dish soap (blue kind). Mix and spray on weeds in early a.m. after dew is evaporated. By eve, the weeds will be dead. We cut the tops off the weeds with a weed eater to help reach the roots better.

    Salt water.

  • And I use boiling water; Epsom salt followed by boiling water; or plain old white vinegar. Method depends on location of weeds.
