Plastic bins are great for organizing items beneath the sink, so they can just be pulled out like drawers. I like to use a small tension rod across the top area of the cabinet to "hang" my spray bottles to store them above those drawers. You can also purchase drawers on tracks and install, but I haven't bothered with that since doing the smaller plastic bins that fit quite well into the area. If you happen to have a leak the bins can be pulled out quickly without all the mess of removing so many different cleaning products, etc.
In the bathroom vanity i built and installed 4 drawers on tracks. 2 on the bottom and 2 half way up or whatever spacing you prefer. This way i'm utilizing the air space that we all have above the base of the vanity. The drawers will have to be custom depth because of the plumbing, so the base drawers will be full depth, while the middle drawers vary in depth, but they're all the width of the door opening. You can use 1/2" or 5/8" sanded plywood.
I use small plastic drawers
