Here is some information that can help you.
Roses love coffee grounds! Save your used grounds and put them around the base of the plant once a week.
Awesome! I have several bushes and I love them, and very easy to grow. Here are some wonderful sites for you.
Another cool tip is that roses love epsom salts. Epsom salts are high in magnesium which flowering plants love. I normally sprinkle about half a cup under each rose bush every 8 weeks then water as normal. Just be careful not to get the salts on the leaves. The goal is to make sure the salts get into the root system, but if you're not careful, the leaves will turn black if you get sloppy. This same trick can be used for other flowering plants, but I normally reduce the amount salts or try to dissolve the salts in the watering can as I'm watering. Again, just be careful not to get any of the salts or salt water on the leaves.
