Skip the Apple cinder vinegar and use plain old white vinegar. Acidity is the same, typically 5%. Much cheaper. Google and you will find hundreds if not thousands of "recipes" out there. Here are what Hometalk folks have done.
Just be forewarned. Table salt and Epsom salt are not the same thing. Too much salt in one area over time, will render the soil infertile.
2 cups vinegar (white or apple cider)
¼ cup salt
Squirt of dawn
Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities.
