Make a homemade insecticidal soap, a low-toxicity bug control solution that will desiccate the soft bodies and kill the aphids without doing harm to your plants. Simply mix a few teaspoons of liquid dish soap with one quart of water, then spray or wipe the solution onto the leaves, stems, and buds of the plant.

Use green Palmolive soap and water in a spray bottle. This will make the effort to go away. Apply it when the plant is not in full sun or you could burn the leaves just as if watering in full sun.

You can scrape them off and smash them or drop them in a bucket of soapy water. Sometimes just spraying them off periodically will get rid of them. Just use a strong stream of water.
