Look on line for antique replacement hardware, several sites should pull up. If you have an architectural salvage store, you can look there, too. Some antique malls also have old hardware sections or dealers.
Take photos and then search out the nearest architectural salvage store. If there's not one a reasonable distance, then search for architectural salvage online and see if there's a place you can email photos to for their recommendations.
