The sidewalk is very nice, but I am disappointed at how the layout of it ends. I need a creative idea that can complete the look without spending more money?

Try making the end of the sidewalk a feature, maybe a trellis with climbing vines or add a water feature.
You could add a bench with flower pots, òr add a garden (you can make one really cheap/free, some communities in the US have free compost/mulch, then just take a drive/walk around and find some nice wild flowers/plants you like
