In my house, wouldn't last one day. Think twice about this. While it looks attractive, unless you have a no children or pet household, don't wear shoes inside, this will get torn up in the short term.
I'm hoping someone may have some advice on a project that I am considering; I would like to try to apply contact paper to the concrete floor in a small basement room....
