What do you need help with? Adding a top? Or arranging the items?
Hello there,
Remove the Sewing machine and all the bits. You should now have a void that you can build and fit a box into to hold the bottles and Ice. Line the box with Metal - Stainless Steel or Aluminium or Foil backed Insulation board. Adapt the door to take glasses etc......
