How do I keep my houseplants alive while I am on vacation for 10 days?
I have considered moving them outside and hope for rain but I don’t want the bugs back inside. Any ideas?

Set them in your bathtubs and sinks with a couple inches of water. They will be fine for 10 days or so.
Get an empty soda bottle, fill with water and stick top down in the dirt. It will slowly drain out as the dirt drys.
When we were gone 2 weeks, I set my tower of herbs in a plastic tub that held several gallons of water and filled the tub. I put a bottle upside down in my house plants with water that slowly leaked into the soil. Some of them I also set down in a container that held water and filled it (like a couple inches) and we left our a/c on to keep the house from getting too hot and further stressing the plants.
Go to a garden shop, they have self watering products.
