Hello Lisa! There are many many effective products on the market that will kill fleas on your pets. Ask your vet for his recommendations. You can also try to kill the fleas naturally. Here are some ideas but I am not sure how effective they are: https://www.fleabites.net/7-ways-to-naturally-get-rid-of-fleas-on-dogs
I’ve had inside/outside dogs for 40 years and always use lemon joy dish soap. They have never had fleas and their coats are soft as can be.
Hello there, Use a flea collar or flea spray or visit the Vet with animal.
Give your pet a bath using original Dawn dish soap. Do so atleast one or two times a week there after. I've found amazing results with this method, I did continue using flea powder and flea collars. before two weeks had past all fleas where gone
There is far more to this process other than treating just the pets. You need to treat the house and yard too, otherwise you will forever be infested.
For a massive flea infestation in your house, ensure to flea treat the yard, pet bedding - I recommend flea bombs/ foggers, Dawn dish soap, flea collars (this last one works great with preventing fleas infestations).
