Mattress Topper that you’re offering, I was wondering if I could use it on top of my sofa bed, seeing that I only have one cushion there in lieu of multiple pillows? It’s a small sofa bed and was wondering if I could cut it down to size?

I would think this would work great on your porch. It may mold and mildew though if it gets too much rain, etc on it. All the info I found says you would need a waterproof mattress cover to protect it on the porch.
Yes, you can cut down to size, but to use outdoors unless in a waterproof cover will mold. Must use exterior foam outside.
You can cut the foam, if you are wanting to make cushions for an enclosed porch. BUT you must have sewing skills and a sewing machine. My guess is, if you are asking here, you do not have these skills.
To make a cushions for patio furniture, but use outdoor fabric or it will get moldy
