How can I clean haze from clear glasses?
Ever since moving to Florida our clear glasses are coming out of the dishwasher with a haze on them. We have a water softener and filter and we have tried soaking them in vinegar. Soon they will look like frosted glasses instead of clear.we are using Jet Dry and I tried other dishwasher rinses and detergents with no luck. Anyone had success in restoring glass?

My first thought was vinegar, which you've already tried. You could try rubbing them with baking soda and a little vinegar. If that doesn't work, my guess is the glass is etched and it's time to buy new glasses.
Not really. Sometimes soaking in vinegar helps but I find once they cloud over they stay that way.
Try soaking them in cream of tartar which sometimes clears glass.
If vinegar didn't work, they may be etched. If that's the case, you might want to replace with glasses that have a design because most likely they will etch any new glasses you purchase.
It's probably your water. Mine is horrible too. I hand wash and dry my "good" glasses and the few old ones that only I drink out of, I just don't care.
