Start digging! That what I do. Not fun, but a necessary chore.
Try spot spraying with a mix of vinegar and a bit of dish liquid.
Digging and pulling. Anything you use will contaminate the soil.
Creeping charlie is a root born weed and travels from a mother plant. You have to make sure that you get the roots. Dig them up until you are outside the garden, then you can catch them easily on the sides of the garden when they are small and easy to pull the roots.
