I would ask on local pages about hiring someone to wrap your house trim or you can ask for recommendations on facebook.
I personally don't like that. It looks,cheap and usually covers up wood rot, tends to sweat keeping wood moist and rots,faster. Better to prime with exterior oil based paint, and 2 coats of exterior semi gloss latex
