You should be able to, just remove them and put them on the new ones if they are the same size.
If installed properly yes. But you do run the risk of cracks or breaks, so best to get the professional installers to do for you. Preferably the original installers if at all possible. Have a back up plan just in case. Courtney provided a great video.
