Hi,Our front door has the mail slot in the door, extreme cold air comes in !Any suggestions will be appreciated!
HI Belinda. You can use any paint you like and if your door moves easily before painting, it shouldn't be a problem with it after. Depending on what your door is made out of (wood, composite etc... ) you can choose a latex paint and primer from your local home improvement store. Good luck!
Rub the "sticking edges" with beeswax, a candle or some soap and see if that helps. Check the hinges to make sure they are secure.
Hi, Belinda!
After painting, a coat of wax can be applied to the areas that stick just remember to strip it off before painting again! If the door and jamb have already been painted several times over many years, it may be worth it to completely strip any old paint off before applying new paint. I hope this helps!
Just leave open till totaly dry.
