This looks like a long answer but read thru before giving up please.
Command Hooks/Strips don't mess up the wall as much as some other applications. If you want to keep damage to a minimum use strips of heavy ribbon or strapping hung from hooks installed high on the wall, gallery style. Larger wall groupings will need hooks top and bottom so they don't swing.
Any large gallery style hangings can be planned head by laying out on bed or floor to get an idea of arrangement, laying the straps across the top of frames, after you get 'the plan'. Then mark strips/frames with stickers where you need to connect them. (I number connection stickers because it's easier for me. I know some people have a great photographic memory, I don't.)
It usually takes more time to figure out placements if awards/frames are different sizes or if you're trying to place them in calendar/time order. Tacky strips (like the replacement strips for Command hooks), double sided tape or a regular staple gun could be used to attach the frames to the strapping which usually needs to be doubled so it doesn't tear a hole, just be sure to PLAN FOR THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT on each strip.

I like symmetry and since there are 30 it would be easy to do no matter the size of the wall. You could do 6 rows with 5 in each or the opposite. Or if it's a narrow tall or long wall, you could 3 rows of 10 over a couch horizontally or vertically on a cathedral ceiling wall. So many options! Depending on the frames, they do sell hardware or Command hooks that you can attach to the back either with small nails or glue, so you can hang them, although, I'm not a giant fan of Command hooks they never seem to stick long term for me. If they're lightweight, you probably just need a small nail to hang them, if they're heavy you may need anchors. Hope that helps!!
