How can I freeze green peppers?
I put green peppers in the freezer last year. .I cleaned and sliced them up .I use them in my salads .when I took some out and thaw they were soft and soggy. .I laid them on paper towel thought that would help. .it didn't. .is there another way to freeze them so they won't come out soft and soggy ? Thanks .

Frozen green peppers are soft and soggy once thawed! I only use them in stir fry, casseroles and soup! Once frozen they are not a good substitute if you want crisp and crunchy green peppers!
