How can I inexpensively repair my patio floor?
Make my patio floor look better. Has been painted in the past but just cement now with few flecks of green and red. In the shade so constantly moldy and in need of power washing. Florida BTW

Sallie...The Krud Kutter from Lowes as well as the pressure washer will work I believe and will probably remove the paint flecks you have.
If it's constantly moldy you may want to invest in your own power washer and just periodically scrub it down. Although my back porch, which is concrete, was covered with green mold when we moved in. I scrubbed it with a long handled brush, bleach and dish washing liquid and have never had to do it again. It's been over 10 years!
