This ugly 1970s Tudor home had been neglected for decades, so it was my job to bring it back to life! 1 month, lots of curse words, and many late nights, this home transformed...and SOLD IN TWO HOURS!

Hi! I'm Jenn. I buy old, ugly, & neglected homes and flip them all by myself! I'm an accidental house flipper turned real estate Broker, Airbnb host, & real estate investor! Follow all of my shenanigans & adventures on my blog, Bachelorette Pad Flip.

The Orange Tudor as I called it was a major eyesore! It needed so much work inside & out!

My absolute favorite magic trick in house flipping is paint! It offers so much bang for your buck! The exterior got fresh paint in a new color scheme and some DIY shutters (tutorial here). To get all the details on paint colors & projects, check out my reveal blog post!

Much of the inside had a strong orange theme too. But with a little paint magic and some cabinet reconfiguring, the kitchen transformed! See how you can update without the demo, click here.

To see all the details on the kitchen makeover, make sure you check out my blog. I give paint colors, hardware links, and how I saved money!

Not every room needs to be gutted to be re-designed! I tackled the living room with just $1,000 and no sledgehammer!

Isn't it crazy what a little creativity, cleaning, and paint can do?!

The hall bathroom was a dungeon of paint colors and dated design. But paint, tile, and new fixtures and it was a totally different room!

I love the classic black and white combo of this new room! To get all the details, check out my blog!

The dining room had dirty carpet, an awful smell and no charm. I fixed that...

And it transformed into a totally different room!

To see how I transformed the rest of the house, visit my blog on the link below!

You inspired me to paint my ugly orange brick fireplace. I used General Finish Seagull gray milk paint and driftwood color for the rustic darker gray look. No one can tell I painted them!
