How can I redo my floors after a flood, on a tight budget?
My home flood back in May and I now need all new floors in my house but I’m a single mom with 2 kids and can’t afford to spend thousands. I bought my very first home 2 months before it flood and I paid cash so I didn’t have insurance. So my question is, is there cheap ways to do my floors?

If everything is dry and not damaged or warped you can paint. If the floor is damaged you can replace it with 3/4" plywood and paint the plywood.

Vinyl planks would be the way to go, easy to install, waterproof, soft and sound absobent. Do you have an Ollies? They carry closeouts. And you can do a room at a time as you can afford. In mean time you can just paint your floors to get by.
You could do vinyl or laminate faux wood planks and install them yourself.
