How can I cover a window in a closet without curtains but need privacy
I want to cover a window in my walk in closet but I don’t want to use a curtain, however I need privacy. How Can I cover the window and still let light in?
The easiest way is to use a tension curtain rod and hang a curtain on it.
You can get a privacy window film. Amazon, eBay, and other places sell them. Most just cling to the window so they are easily removed and reapplied and they don’t use any type of adhesive so there’s no mess to clean up when they are removed.
I like window film over the panels, or some type of contact paper or vinyl depending on how much light you want to block out
Why not just put up a 2inch blind? Kinda looks like shutters.
“Screen or shutter” has typically a frame and mounting hardware.
Pre-made shutters can be found for $15 on sale, and I can’t buy the materials & make one for less than that.
Thank you!
Hi, if you want to make - use hollow doors hinged together to form a screen.
