Most are screwed on. Unscrew order a new set online. Amazon probably has dozens of choices.

Turn the dresser up and see if the legs are screwed on or are part of the whole design. If they screw on, then that should be simple enough to replace. If part of the whole you will need to cut the leg off and make a copy to re-fix using a double ended screw THAT YOU FIRST INSERT INTO THE LEG AND THEN INTO THE DRESSER .

Home Depot has a variety of pre made table legs in the mill work section (trim, baseboards, etc). Usually they’re located under the door trim.
Take what you have to Home Depot or Lowe's to compare what you have to replace. How were they attached? If there is a bracket you could get the same type of leg. How did they break? You might want something sturdier.
