Hey Jeff: I found this: "To remove Thompsons Water Seal from wood, concrete, brick and masonry! Use EC-1800 a natural, eco friendly formulation that will remove Thompsons Water Seal from any surface that is compatible with water. EC-1800 contains beneficial microbes and a blend of surfactants, rust inhibitors."
Sand it off?
I’d try a deck stain remover and if that doesn’t work, I’d try Thompson’s website for info or contact them for advice.
