If you mean small ones, like from a grocery store, this is what I do. I lay the bag flat, and smooth it out, this causes static elec. which makes it easier to handle. I then fold width into either thirds or quarters, Then fold up till bag is slightly larger than a credit card. I stack and store in an empty box that held tissues. It's kind of fun mindless work.

If there from the grocery store lay flat on a table fold both handles onto the bag then flatten then fold again then fold from the bottom as small as you like and go all the way up to top and it should be done
