How to attach decorative ceramic tiles to a small section of a stucco wall above my stove
A tile cutter should work fine. You can rent one from your local home center. Or you can mark the square that needs to be cut and bring it to a tile store or your local home center and they should cut it for free or for a small fee.
This tool works as well for smaller tile pieces. https://amzn.to/2mTihnS

Check for a drill bit, drill holes in the shape/size of the outlet and tap out.
My last tile job I used a 4” right angle grinder with a ceramic blade/disc. The cuts were clean, quick and accurate.
