A paint scraper should work well, but does depend on the surface it is stuck too.
Try ice...because when hot glue becomes cold due to the elements it peels off easily.
A plastic scraper may help with more sensitive surfaces. Good luck!
Flat paint scraper will get it off.

Hi Caleb, you can try this,
Saturate a Q-Tip or cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and gently rub the edges of the glue to soften the hold. Scrape away the glue with a scraper. For stubborn hot glue, heat the area with a blow dryer. Heating the glue will soften its grip and allow you to scrape it off.
