They are usually framed with a mat and glass or acid free plexiglass. The mat provides an air space between the print and the glass. The print is attached to only the top inside of the mat with framer's tape and hangs freely. This is important. If it is taped on all sides it will buckle do to changes in humidity. "Art to frames" is a good online source.
Of course, depending on the value of the print, there are other ways of doing it. I believe you can buy a peel and stick backer board but the boards are usually too thick to frame.

If your piece is a Limited Edition or an Artist Proof or something like that, you will want to be sure to have the proper matting for it, so the print itself is protected. You will want to talk o someone at a framing store for this
More likely - how to frame a print. What is your print mounted on? Is it a photograph? On canvas?
Lots of stores sell frames with the mat already in them but you can also visit an art supply store and purchase a mat. Cutting is important, practice many times as it can be tricky or purchase a mat cutting tool.
Thank you everyone
