What do you mean by peel off hangers? Do you mean those command strips?
Use 3M Command Hooks
You will have to have a long wire on the back of the wreath to catch the hooks, or a long piece of twine.

Hi Sally, you can get the command strips that have the large hook on the front. Those would work best. Good luck!
