Hi ! Paint a variety of different shapes bottles white , then group then together . You can also remove the labels by soaking the bottles in hot soapy water and use a plastic scraper or spatula to scrape off the label . Then you can print vintage style labels and put them on the bottles . If the bottles are clear glass you can buy glass paint / stain and try to color the glass . Another thing you can do is but mini lights with a bottle stopper top and place them in the bottles . Have fun !
