I would try to find a small table, dresser or kitchen cart that fits your space if you have a space! Here's two ideas!
Find a small basket or wooden crate for your coffee station. You can use one that hangs on the wall (to save space) or sits on the counter near the coffee pot. Here is one made out of a small lazy susan: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/organize/kitchen/make-a-coffee-station-out-of-a-small-cable-wire-spool-27751979

Use your walls for storage, cup hooks, floating shelves and bins. Have fun with it. My son found pictures he liked and had them printed by a local print shop and it was only a couple of dollars and then he frame them for the walls it looks very cute

I used an antique wash stand. Has worked perfectly. Door and drawers store ALL my coffee supplies perfectly. My husband put a small shelf at the very top where the mirror was and cup hooks under it.
