Sew a pillow, but don’t seal the top. Add handles to it.

Cut a strip of material the width and double the length you want. Fold the material on itself right sides together and sew the two sides shut. Hem the top by folding down twice, iron and hem stitch. Cut an handle and sew one on each side. Turn right side out and you have a cloth bag.
