How can I remove a photo that is sticking to the picture frame glass?
Some of my mom's pictures got wet and one picture frame got broken and the picture is sticking to the glass and the picture can not be removed with out it ripping can anyone help me?

Yes, I have dealt a great deal with paper in my life. Put the picture and the glass into the sink with an inch or more (enough to cover all) of tepid water. Wait a while and the glass and paper will separate. Place the picture on waxed paper to dry.

Yes, soak them in very clean water. I worked a few years in a photography darkroom- all the photos are developed in water-based chemical baths.
