You can order a bathtub refinishing kit that you paint on, Then redo the caulking and you’ll have a fresh looking tub!!
RustOleum makes a kit that should last at least 3 years if following directions exactly.

There are kits you can use but they won’t last as long as having a pro do it. Plus a pro will get the finish super even.
