You could paint the tiles, though with moisture in the bathroom, I don't think it would last very long. But it might just last long enough to get you by until you can gut it out.

You can paint the tile.
There’s paint systems made specially for tile and ones made specifically for plastic laminate (Formica, etc).
Both kinds require perfect prep work and following directions to a T.
Consider that it’s time to make that toilet more water efficient and that faucet needs to be replaced.
A new ceiling exhaust fan with minimum 70 CFM will keep all your hard work fresher and your Indoor Air Quality higher.
