There's a few ideas here at the link, depending on what you want to use.

I use a squeegee after a shower to get the water off and it really helps a lot.
Hi Patricia,
Training your family to always use a squeegee will help. I also spray on a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar with a few drops of Dawn. Let that sit to do it's work then wipe off and rinse/polish. Repeat if necessary. Wishing you the best.
I'm not 100% sure on how to get rid of the hard water, but after you get it cleaned, make sure to squeegee the doors after your shower so the hard water doesnt build up.
Have you tried Lime Away?https://www.amazon.com/Lime-Way-Calcium-Cleaner-Bottle/dp/B0063KBGZY

Internet sources have also said that there’s been a success with this method.
“High-strength vinegar. I got it at the grocery store, sold with the regular vinegar, in a gallon jug. I sprayed it all over the doors, applied paper towels, and sprayed them again so it would soak for awhile. Scrubbed with a scotch brite type pad and it came off. Regular vinegar had done nothing, it had been like spraying water. The high-strength vinegar was like a miracle. I could actually see the cloudy mineral deposits coming off as I sprayed. This was after literally 4 yrs of shower door heck. I was so incredibly happy!! I now pick it up every time I go to that grocery store to keep a gallon of it on reserve at all times.”

Lime Away is my go-to! Then use a squeegee after EVERY shower --- no excuses.
I use a squeegee after each shower. For soap splatters, a soapy washcloth will lift it right off and rinse. My husband doesn't squeegee, so I also clean any buildup with Aunt Fanny's vinegar spray.
I clean professionally and I use a soap scum remover such as scrubbing bubbles or lysol power bath, spray it on, let sit for several minutes and rinse a nylon scrubby to gently scrub the glass. Rinse.
Use the product "Clean Shower," found at Walmart. One didn't do anything, except spray it on the shower.
This works for shower curtains and glass doors.
Sometimes, when lucky, there's a similar Dollar Tree version. Neither one requires any scrubbing; just spray everything and walk away.
This is what I use to clean my ENTIRE bathroom
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
If this doesn't work for you get some CLR and spray but use carefully with lots of ventilation.
Hi! If you want to combat hard water and all the residue, I like a product called Kaboom and also Scrubbing Bubbles. Give either a chance to work and you will be amazed!
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
