Hi, Lco31755083!
Window tracks get dirty pretty quickly don't they? I would use soapy water to sort of flush them out (there should be weep holes on the outside) and remove the water with a wet/dry vac. Once everything is flushed out, they can be wiped out with an old sponge or paper towels. I hope this helps!
Hello, I usually just use a ton of Qtips and mild soapy water to lean them, or you can use a dull table knife with a microfiber clothe in mild soapy water to clean in the tracks, but this may help you as well

I vacuum mine out periodically then spray with rubbing alcohol and use an old toothbrush and q tips to get out any remaining dust and dirt.
Tooth brush, kitchen brush, lots of cloths or a sponge and soap and water. Then dry it with a soft cloth.
Supplies are white vinegar, baking soda, paper towel, rag or cloth old toothbrush and a butter knife
Sprinkle a little baking soda wherever the dirtiest places are, most likely in the corners.
Pour a little of the white vinegar over the baking soda. It doesn’t take much. It will start to fizz, Leave it for a while about 15 minutes, just do not let it dry on the window sills.
Use an old toothbrush or I have a small OXY brush with a tip that works well to clean the tracks starting at the corners. Move it towards the middle and you can use a paper towel to get most of it off. I then pour water over the tracks if it is a nice day outside to rinse the remaining dirt. If there is still some in the tracks, use a butter knife or Qtips to clean the corner.
Use a screwdriver with a wet rag wrapped around the end. Start at one end of track and slide to the other end. You may have to do it a few times and use a little elbow grease to get all the dirt out.
I spray them with windex and run my fingers along the tracks while wearing old socks on my hands.
Toothbrush and a Vac.
