Repair how? Rather vague. Is it ripped or torn? Or does it just need a good cleaning with saddle soap and a good leather conditioner?

Hi Lois, you can use “Rub-n-Restore”. It works really, really well and it's super easy to use. It comes in different colors too. It can also be used on vinyl. They have a whole bunch of tutorials on their website -

Hello Lois,
Try to harvest a piece of the leather from the underside or some where it won't show for the repair. Place the patch under the damaged leather and stick the torn or damaged pieces down on top of the new patch and draw the pieces in the best you can to make a good seal. When dry, use Shoe polish to match in the colour evenly so it is not so noticeable. Good luck!
