I have found scrubbing with a Magic Eraser to be the best solution.
I hit mine with the pressure washer. You can also use a high pressure wand for your garden hose. Spray down first with a cleaning solution of white vinegar and blue Dawn, 50/50.
I used some fine grit sand paper on my old white plastic furniture. It took the stains out and added a slightly textured top. I then cleaned with a bleach solution, rinsed and let it dry over night.
You will want to kill the black mold or mildew that has formed due to moisture, vinegar does just that, here's what I would do only on the furniture and not a tub/shower.

Hi Jeanette, hope these help you,
For white plastic, avoid chlorine and bleach because they eat away at the material. For stubborn stains, dampen a clean rag with white distilled vinegar and wipe down the piece. Sprinkle baking soda on a wet sponge to create a mild abrasive that will peel away stains but won't scratch surfaces.

I pressure wash after scrubbing with a soft bristle scrub brush and hot soapy water. Soft scrub or Bon Ami if any spots left.
Jeanette...l use Krud kutter from Lowe's..works well.
Mr. Clean, Fantastic or Tilex. Either of these will work.
Hello Jeanette,
The larger Supermarkets should have a product on their shelves to fix this.
Cillit Bang for black mold - UK. Hope that helps. Or use Spray and Leave from garden section...........
Jeanette,
Here is a website that explains many possible ways for cleaning white plastic chairs:

Try a mixture of white vinegar and tea tree essential oil - both are good at removing and preventing mold.
My go to for removing stains from anything solid is Mr. Clean Magic Erasure. Follow the directions, using a wet erasure. You can also make a paste of baking soda and water and scrub the stained areas with that.
Have you tried spraying them with white vinegar and power washing them? The power washer can be rented and can be used in many places in the yard while you have it.
