I can’t sew, but I can certainly iron, spray or even paint/brush on fabric. I need to make curtain pull backs. My go to product is always the iron on hem tape.
Are you looking to see there natural colors? Like when they’re wet? You could try a clear spray paint finish.

There is some translucent spray paint with glitter sparkles you can use. You could also add glitter and seal with clear coat.
You could paint them with modge podge and sprinkle with white sparkles.

You can also use glitter nail polish. Michaels and Hobby Lobby sell glitter paint. You can use Mod Podge, sprinkle glitter, let dry and another coat of Mod Podge. Spray adhesive, sprinkle glitter and a final coat of clear poly.
Metallic paint and glitter may be something to try!

Hi ! Go to any craft store and pick up some iridescent glitter or any color that you like . Also get some spray adhesive . Spray your sea shells and sprinkle the glitter over them . You can also use clear nail polish on the shell and sprinkle the glitter over it while it is still wet . They also make clear nail polish with glitter already in it .
