it all depends what kind of tiles you have ...is it natural stone or porcelain or ceramic ?
If you're doing a simple weekly/daily/maintenance clean - I use Mr. Clean, Pine-sol, or even white vinegar. If you're doing a deeper clean, there are other products at the flooring stores or home improvements which would work better (strippers, waxes, etc).
I think it depends on the type of tile you have, however, I have a steamer and I use it on my tile floors.
I like using Thieves from Young Living for tile floors
I use my swiffer :)
I've used this mopping solution for many years with no issues.
1 cup baking soda
1 cup white cleaning vinegar
1 Tbsp blue Dawn
2 gallons hot water (I boil about 1/3 of mine)
Hi Patricia,
You could even use a wet wipe, it depends on the floor size and quality and age.
Old method - Soapy water and a Scrubbing brush or floor mop and bucket or a sponge mop...........
I use a little plug in floor steamer, like a powered Swiffer but as a steamer.
Some good resources here...but you don't say whether it's the surface of the tile you want to clean or the tile grout.
